At Global Hearts, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Denmark, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Canada, and France.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

As a print-on-demand brand, each item is made to order. Processing times may vary slightly depending on demand, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • 6–9 business days (average)

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.


Tracking

All orders include tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer


Delays & Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

  • If your package is lost by the shipping carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Your order number

We will review your case and arrange a replacement if applicable.


Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Orders

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect address

  • Unclaimed at customs or delivery

👉 New shipping charges will apply to resend the package.


Multiple Items

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability and production logistics.
